Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 45 and 65 years Absence of cardiac pacemaker No arrhythmia or unstable angina Absence of dyspnea or abnormal respiratory signs Ability to provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Orthopedic disorders limiting participation in rehabilitation Significant dietary changes within the last month Gastrointestinal diseases such as IBD, IBS, chronic diarrhea, colitis, or untreated H. pylori infection Probiotic or prebiotic intake within the last four weeks Oral or intravenous antibiotic use within the last four weeks
