Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 65 years, with general good health and no systemic diseases. Maxillary anterior single-canal teeth diagnosed with pulp necrosis (no response to pulp vitality tests such as cold test and EPT). No response to percussion and palpation tests due to standardization, and the tooth must be capable of isolation with a rubber dam.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or breastfeeding women Patients with specific systemic diseases Patients with swelling (intraoral or extraoral) were excluded for the purpose of study standardization.
