Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Preschool or elementary school children with normal physical and cognitive health parental informed consent absence of severe psychiatric disorders; ability to attend training sessions regularly Children aged between 5 and 8 years old

Exclusion criteria: Severe psychiatric or neurological disorders participation in similar psychological interventions use of medications affecting behavior or emotion lack of parental informed consent or child’s non-cooperation
