Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be at least 55 years old. Have at least a high school diploma. Obtain a score above the average on the anxiety questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having mental disorders and taking psychiatric medications Having physical problems that interfere with the intervention process

Method of measurement: Toronto Alexithymia Questionnaire (Bagby et al., 1994).;Metacognitive Beliefs. Timepoint: before performing the intervention and two weeks after completion of the intervention. Method of measurement: Metacognitions Questionnaire (Cartwright-Hatton & Wells, 2010).;Emotion Regulation. Timepoint: before performing the intervention and two weeks after completion of the intervention. Method of measurement: Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (Garnefski et al., 2001).;Sense of Coherence.
