Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 65 years. Diagnosis of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) according to the criteria of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition (DSM-5) by a specialist psychiatrist using the Structured Clinical Interview (SCID-5). No receipt of active pharmacological or psychotherapeutic treatment for at least 4 weeks prior to the study start, and no initiation of other treatments during the study period. A score between 16 and 25 on the Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS) to confirm mild to moderate symptoms. Ability to understand the informed consent form and provide a signature.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of active seizures or epilepsy (due to light sensitivity). Active skin diseases on the face or scalp that interfere with light exposure Pregnancy or breastfeeding (due to safety concerns regarding phototherapy)
