Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants must have been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) by a physician. Participants must be between 30 and 40 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Current or recent (within the last month) use of psychotropic medications. Concurrent engagement in any other form of psychological or behavioral therapy. Unwillingness to provide informed consent or commit to the regular attendance of treatment sessions.
