20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be at least 20 and at most 40 years old. Have been married for at least 5 years. Be divorce applicants. Have at least a high school diploma. Be willing to cooperate and participate in couple therapy sessions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having mental disorders and taking psychiatric medications Having physical problems that interfere with the intervention process

Method of measurement: Antonovsky’s Sense of Coherence Scale (1993).;Covert relational aggression. Timepoint: Before performing the intervention and two weeks after completion of the intervention. Method of measurement: Nelson and Carroll’s Covert Relational Aggression Scale (2006).;Psychological distress. Timepoint: Before performing the intervention and two weeks after completion of the intervention. Method of measurement: Lovibond and Lovibond’s Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale (1995).
