Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be at least 20 and at most 40 years old. Have been married for at least 5 years. Have marital conflicts. Have at least a high school diploma. Be willing to cooperate and participate in couple therapy sessions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having mental disorders and taking psychiatric medications Having physical problems that interfere with the intervention process
