Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having a child with a disorder that has been diagnosed by a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist based on valid diagnostic criteria (such as DSM-5). Individuals should have difficulties in one of the research variables (based on a score higher than the average in the relevant questionnaires) for the intervention to be meaningful for them. Participants must be within the adult age range to ensure developmental and cognitive homogeneity. To understand the concepts of mindfulness and complete writing assignments, participants must be able to read and write.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: People who are in other courses such as cognitive behavioral therapy or mindfulness interventions. Conditions such as severe major depression, bipolar disorder, or psychosis that require immediate specialized intervention. In the event that the person is undergoing drug therapy.
