Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Being a student at one of the academic levels (bachelor's, master's, or doctoral) at the university Being married and having at least one year of cohabitation experience in order to have sufficient experience of marital relationship Informed consent to participate in the research and willingness to attend life skills training sessions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having severe psychological disorders or taking certain psychiatric medications (based on self-report or medical records) that may affect the results. Participation in other educational or therapeutic programs related to marital relationships prior to the implementation of the study. Occurrence of severe stressful events (such as divorce, infidelity, or the loss of first-degree relatives) prior to the study, which may affect the dependent variables
