18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hyperesthesia in the upper limb and/ or hand symptoms present for a minimum of 3 months Electrodiagnostic evidence of median nerve involvement in two parameters

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with systemic conditions such as diabetes mellitus, rheumatoid arthritis Individuals with peripheral or central neurological disorder, including neuropathic damage or multiple sclerosis Individuals with a history of wrist injection, fracture, or surgical intervention Individuals with muscle thenar atrophy Central Sensitivity Questionnaire Score > 40 Pregnancy

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pain, Function and Nerve Conduction. Timepoint: pre, post the intervention and one month. Method of measurement: Visual analog scale score, Quick DASH, Nerve sensory conduction velocity median, Distal motor latency median, Cervical ROM with kinova.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Pinch strength, Nine Hole Peg Test. Timepoint: pre, post the intervention & one month. Method of measurement: Pinch strength with dynamometer-pinch, Nine Hole Peg Test.
