Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inactive women between the ages of 20-30. Participants should have a Body Mass Index (BMI) between 28 and 25. The general health of the participants has been confirmed by a physician.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who suffer from physical disabilities, neurological disorders, or pain that prevents exercise and physical activity. Not be in their menstrual period at the initial evaluations. Individuals who use medications that affect the central nervous system.

Pain. Timepoint: Measurements will be taken before implementing the protocol, and after eight weeks upon completion of the protocol, we will conduct post-test measurements. Method of measurement: Nordic musculoskeletal questionnaire.;Core Endurance. Timepoint: Measurements will be taken before implementing the protocol, and after eight weeks upon completion of the protocol, we will conduct post-test measurements. Method of measurement: McGill endurance test.;Posture. Timepoint: Measurements will be taken before implementing the protocol, and after eight weeks upon completion of the protocol, we will conduct post-test measurements. Method of measurement: Image J software.
