| Self - efficacy is a concept of bandura ( 1977 ) that refers to the individual 's belief in his ability to successfully perform the behaviors required to manage a particular situation . self - efficacy is an important factor in the formation of self - care behaviors , decision making and stability in chronic disease management , especially in diabetes . in this research , the self - efficacy questionnaire of type 2 diabetes ( ???? et al . , 2016 ) is measured which includes 20 questions with likert scale of 0 - 10 . the total score ranged from 0 to 200 and the higher score indicates more self - efficacy . before and after the intervention , the effectiveness of intervention on self - efficacy is considered . Timepoint: before and immediately after the last game session. Method of measurement: in this study , self - efficacy is measured through self - efficacy questionnaire of type 2 diabetes ( Diabetes Self-Efficacy Scale (DSES) – Fapa et al . , 2016 ) which includes 20 questions with likert scale of 0 - 10 . the total score ranged from 0 to 200 and the higher score indicates more self - efficacy . before and after the intervention , the effectiveness of intervention on self - efficacy is considered . | — |
