Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women with term pregnancy (> 37 weeks) Singleton pregnancy Indication for elective cesarean section Indication for spinal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having fasting blood glucose >126 mg/dL or HbA1C >6.5 Having contraindication for spinal anesthesia Having obstetrics contraindication such as high blood pressure, preeclampsia, placenta prolapse, ....

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Nausea and vomiting. Timepoint: 3 times, in the initiation of surgery, 12 and 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Number (0=none 1=mild nausea 2=moderate nausea 3=vomiting).;Blood glucose level. Timepoint: 3 times, in the initiation of surgery, 8 and 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Using glucometer.
