Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The presence of menstrual pain according to the completed questionnaires Women who are overweight Women who do not exercise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who do professional athletic training. Women who are older in age. Women who take medication to relieve menstrual pain. Women with underlying medical conditions.
