Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus confirmed by a rheumatologist At least 6 months have passed since initiation of the prescribed medications for the disease Age between 18 and 65 years Ability to participate in educational sessions Willingness to participate and provide informed consent Stable clinical condition (no acute complications or hospitalization within 1 month prior to enrollment) Access to a mobile phone and ability to use it
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue participation in the study Severe substance abuse or active psychiatric illness Acute or disabling chronic diseases Experience of severe stress or a major stressful life event within the past 6 months
