18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 60 years old Skin defect limited to the fingertip (without severe tendon or bone damage) Acceptance of surgery with local or regional anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Underlying diseases such as uncontrolled diabetes or peripheral vascular disease History of taking medications that interfere with wound healing (cortisone, chemotherapy) Active infection at the wound site or graft removal site

MeasureTime frame
Degree of graft necrosis. Timepoint: Days 7 and 30 after surgery. Method of measurement: The percentage of the darkened area or the area with unsuccessful graft take, visually assessed by two independent surgeons and, if necessary, verified using digital photography and image analysis.
