Interventions

Intervention 1: Control group: 1mL Anesthetic injection of Daroopaksh 2% lidocaine with 1:10,000 adrenaline using metal syringe and 30 gauge needle after 5 minutes from applying Avant Dental benzocain

18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 40 Patient health status ASA I/ASA II Patient needs a simple restoration in each side of anterior maxilla No History of allergy to local anesthesia No history of taking painkillers or sedatives during the past 24 hours Having the ability to understand and sign the letter of satisfaction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of allergy to amid/ester and sulfite of local anesthesia History of Methemoglobinemia Having severe renal,liver or mental diseases pregnancy or breastfeeding Taking painkillers or sedatives recently Infection or inflammation presence in the site of injection MDAS score 19 or above

MeasureTime frame
Intensity of pain. Timepoint: one hour. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue scale.
