Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ICH patients with stage 2 or higher hypertension and admitted to the ICU Do not have contraindications for taking sacubitril-valsartan or enalapril Have tolerated previous treatment with ARB and ACEi

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Renal failure Liver failure Have a history of receiving ACEi within the last 36 hours prior to hospitalization If a patient develops renal failure during the study, the patient will be withdrawn and followed up. The minimum study period (minimum study time) will be 10 days, and patients who have been treated with the two drugs mentioned for less than 10 days will be excluded from the study.

MeasureTime frame
Systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Timepoint: The minimum review time will be 10 days. Method of measurement: Systolic and diastolic blood pressure will be recorded every 12 hours with a mercury sphygmomanometer by the ICU technician.
