4 Years to 8 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged between 4 to 8 years Mild to moderate femoral anteversion Absence of other musculoskeletal disorders Absence of ligamentous laxity Femoral anteversion without acetabular involvement Bilateral involvement Hip internal rotation =60°=60° and trochanteric prominence angle =20°=20° Normal Body Mass Index

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of lower extremity surgery. Presence of other problems in the foot, knee, or hip joint Receiving physical therapy (on a regular basis and under the supervision of a physical therapist). Presence of neurological disorders (e.g., cerebral palsy or spina bifida). Hip dysplasia. Presence of hormonal and metabolic diseases or receiving hormonal therapy. Presence of specific syndromes (e.g., Down syndrome or Marfan syndrome). Children with internal rotation greater than 90°90° and no external rotation (severe)

Foot Progression Angle. Timepoint: immediate, 3 and 6 month followup. Method of measurement: Foot print methode.
