Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient from 1 month to 14 years old Definite diagnosis of amphetamine toxicity with positive urine toxicology test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The history of allergy to clonidine or Midazolam Shock or respiratory distress with need of intubation Children with metabolic syndrome or having interfering drugs such as Pseudoephedrine Any kind of disease , including heart disease

MeasureTime frame
The mean difference in COMFORT - b scale scores between the two groups. Timepoint: baseline ( before intervention ) . 30 minutes after the first dose . then every four hours to 24 hours. Method of measurement: COMFORT - b scale scores.
