Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The samples are diagnosed with diabetic foot ulcers by a doctor and have a medical record in selected treatment centers in Isfahan, and they referred to these centers. The samples should be at levels 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 according to the Wagner classification for grading the severity of diabetic foot ulcers. The samples must have interest, willingness, and full informed consent to cooperate in the study. Examples that have the ability to communicate verbally and speak Persian. The samples should not have participated in another similar educational or research program simultaneously or recently. The samples have a stable medical condition (no need for hospitalization or immediate surgery). Do not have a current acute mental disorder that would lead to medication use. Be over 18 years of age. Must have at least some education, meaning literacy. Have the physical and mental ability to participate in the study. Do not have any other concurrent illness Have not had recent acute stress, such as divorce
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The sample does not wish to continue participating in the study. Severe change in medical condition or hospitalization during the study that prevents attendance at meetings or follow-up. The sample is absent from two or more training sessions.
