Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the study The samples are Iranian. The samples should be literate. Participants must be women whose infertility diagnosis is confirmed to be due to female problems (ovarian problems, fallopian tube problems, or other factors related to female infertility). Married women aged 35 and under with primary and secondary infertility with more than one year of unsuccessful attempts to conceive (for women over 35, the period is considered 6 months). Women undergoing infertility treatments (drug therapy, intrauterine insemination (IUI)). Age between 18 and 48 years old They have given informed written consent to participate in the research and completed the relevant form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Affliction of chronic debilitating diseases (cardiovascular, renal, pulmonary, and psychiatric disorders undergoing intensive treatment, etc.). Drug addiction or smoking Stressful events occurred in the past three months Doing yoga as planned in the past three months
