18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged between 18 and 75 years Regularly undergoing two to three hemodialysis sessions per week. Having a history of dialysis for at least 6 months. Being fully conscious and possessing the auditory and verbal capacity to participate in the study Patients who are capable of self-care, based on an Activity of Daily Living (ADL) score greater than 12.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with dementia or psychiatric disorders, as documented in the patient's medical record. Patients with malignant tumors

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Treatment Adherence. Timepoint: Before the intervention, and one month and three months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Seyyed Fatemi Treatment Adherence Questionnaire.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Rehospitalization Rate resulting from hemodialysis-related complications. Timepoint: In the three months before, during, and up to three months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Medical records or self-report confirmed by supporting documents.
