Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female Have a child over 5 years old Non-participation in psychological training sessions by the participant concurrent with the research sessions Age between 20 and 40 years old Being married With at least a high school diploma Without psychological disorders Absence of substance dependence

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failure to attend more than two training sessions Decision to discontinue participation
