Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age over 18 years Able to speak and understand Persian No other chronic mental and physical diseases such as MS, cardiovascular, asthma No use of psychotropic drugs and use of various complementary medicine methods during the previous three months No use of sleeping pills and sedatives Suitable housing situation for family caregivers during the study period
