Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Men over 50 years of age Diagnosis of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) with a prostate volume between 30 and 80 cc No known hypersensitivity to amide-type local anesthetics • Not using strong anticoagulant medications
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previous prostate related surgery history Older or elder person or prostatic volume below 30 or more than 80 History of coagolopathy disease
