Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: First1. Ropivacaine group by intraprostatic injection of ropivacaine (0.25%, 10–20 mL, =3 mg/kg) from the BIO Industrial company after the surgery + IV saline place

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Men over 50 years of age Diagnosis of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) with a prostate volume between 30 and 80 cc No known hypersensitivity to amide-type local anesthetics • Not using strong anticoagulant medications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous prostate related surgery history Older or elder person or prostatic volume below 30 or more than 80 History of coagolopathy disease

MeasureTime frame
Postoperative pain intensity measured using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS). Timepoint: Assessed at 1, 6, 12, and 24 hours after surgery?Calculation of area under the curve -visual analog scale during the first 24 hours. Method of measurement: Visual analog scale Questionnair.
