Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with gastrointestinal symptoms of Helicobacter pylori infection are referred to gastroenterologist for endoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with kidney, liver and tuberculosis diseases

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The amount of exhaled ammonium. Timepoint: up to 30 minutes after eating. Method of measurement: Collecting the patient's exhalation in a special tube, adding solutions and reagents and measuring the exhaled ammonium concentration with a photometer.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Positive or negative test result indicating Helicobacter pylori infection or not. Timepoint: 15 minutes after sampling. Method of measurement: Using a photometer.
