Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Body mass index (BMI) greater than 25 Age range of 15-50 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Overweight and obesity due to medication use History of chronic disease (diabetes, cardiovascular, liver, kidney, blood diseases, etc.) Use of any supplements or medications that may affect fatigue reduction, fat burning, or obesity control. Any other person who is deemed by the study team to be an inappropriate subject. The subject experiences shortness of breath, dizziness, or loss of consciousness. being on a therapeutic or weight loss diet.

Plasma beta-dihydroxybutyrate concentration. Timepoint: Blood sampling was performed in seven different sessions with an interval of one week, acutely, in two sessions with an interval of 3 hours, 2 hours, and 5 hours after the intervention.
