Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients aged 18-65 years who need free gingival graft around teeth or implants. All patients should be systemically healthy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of periodontal disease Use of medications that interfere with wound healing or increase bleeding risk (e.g., high-dose steroids) Pregnancy, lactation Smoking, or the use of tobacco products

Wound Epithelialization. Timepoint: 7, 14, 21, and 28 days after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Observation of oxygen bubbles after applying hydrogen peroxide to the area.( the presence of oxygen bubbles indicates incomplete wound healing).;Wound Area. Timepoint: 7, 14, 21, and 28 days after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Photography and measurement using ImageJ software.;Landry's healing index. Timepoint: 7, 14, 21, and 28 days after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Direct touch and examination by a specialist.;Color Matching. Timepoint: 7, 14, 21, and 28 days after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Photography of the wound and comparison of images using Photoshop software.;Postoperative Pain.
