Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: BMI more than 40
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who require frequent use of analgesics due to an underlying disease such as osteoarthritis. Patients with drug addiction to opioids. Patients with contraindications to ondasteron injection.

| Abdominal pain severity after bariatric surgery following intraperitoneal injection of ondansetron and placebo. Timepoint: A daily chart is used to assess primary outcomes, including pain intensity, and pain intensity is valid and reliable every 6 hours for 4 consecutive days, and its reliability will be measured in Visual Analogue Scale .It should be noted that the scoring method on the pain chart, from 0 to 10, will be explained to the patients before each question. In case of grade 4 pain, Apotel is prescribed, and in case of grade 6 pain, pethidine is prescribed. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale pain chart. | — |
