Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diagnosis of episodic migraine by a neurologist (at least 4 headache days per month) according to the IHS criteria presence of musculoskeletal involvement in the cervical region absence of active trigger points in the cervical muscles participants aged 20-45 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: unwillingness to continue treatment at any stage of the study presence of conditions such as gynecological disorders, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, neurological diseases, and systemic diseases including fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, radiculopathy, cervical discopathy, vertebral fractures, and malignancy history of nerve block or physiotherapy treatment within the past 3 months botulinum toxin injection within the past 3 months severe physical of psychological limitations
