Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary caregivers who are aged 18 years or older and assume the principal responsibility for care of patients who have an Alzheimer's disease up to 60 years old. Ability to read and write Minimum of six months’ experience as a caregiver for a patient. Having access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals serving as caregivers who have any physical or psychological illnesses. Substance abuse, alcohol consumption, or use of psychoactive drugs. Experiencing a critical event or severe stress (e.g., death of a close relative, divorce) during the study period or within the three months prior.
