Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with acute ischemic stroke over 18 years of age with the diagnosis of a neurologist Those who have secondary constipation due to a stroke according to the diagnosis of a specialist doctor( before the stroke, the patient had normal bowel movements) Women and men with GCS above 9 No need for complete rest and the ability to get out of bed No history of foot reflexology Not having a history of injury, surgery, open wound in the leg, active skin infections, deep vein thrombosis or active cellulitis in the leg area during the last two years according to the history No leg paralysis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in the study The need to use stimulant laxatives or cathartics during the intervention period
