Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the study included: lactating mothers aged 18-40 years, mothers with minimal literacy, term and singleton infants, infant weight between 2500-4000 grams, no anatomical defects in the infant and ability to suck the breast, no abnormal bleeding in the mother after delivery, low-risk pregnancy, maternal body mass index less than or equal to 30 kg/m2, no difficult delivery (vacuum and forceps delivery), and no milk-boosting medication (herbal or chemical) received by the mother during the study, and the infant's age was less than three months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Use of grape juice in the daily diet before the study, diabetes in the mother, history of allergy to grapes and related products, mother's unwillingness to continue participating in the research.
