Intervention 1: Intervention group: patients (Body Mass Index:BMI> 35) aged 21 to 58 years old (mean 38.23 and standard deviation 9.87) who are undergone LSG (12 months post-surgery) in Mother and Chi
(2) fluid intake
(3) protein intake
(4) physical activity
(5) dumping syndrome management
(6) fruit, vegetable, and whole grains intake
and (7) vitamin and mineral supplement intake . Intervention 2: Control group: patients (Body Mass Index:BMI> 35) aged 21 to 58 years old (mean 38.23 and standard deviation 9.87) who are undergone LSG

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI greater than 35 receiving LSG at least the previous 12 months failing to achieve successful weight loss being able to read and write in Persian

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetes or metabolic syndrome Musculoskeletal or inflammatory joint disease Anorexia or bulimia Mental illnesses such as depression or psychosis Heart, liver, or kidney failure

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Weight change before and after surgery. Timepoint: before and 12 months after surgery. Method of measurement: weight assay with weight accessor.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Eating behaviour. Timepoint: before and after surgery. Method of measurement: Bariatric Self-Management Behaviors Questionnaire (BSSQ).;Physical activity. Timepoint: before and after surgery. Method of measurement: Bariatric Self-Management Behaviors Questionnaire (BSSQ).
