Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Severe and rigid deformities of the legs that interfere with daily activities and require extensive bone removal and extensive soft tissue release in the case of acute correction

MeasureTime frame
Change in AAOFAS functional score, amount of change from baseline to 4 months after treatment, comparison of means between the two groups. Timepoint: Before intervention, immediately after correction, 2 months after treatment, 4 months after treatment. Method of measurement: It is completed by the evaluator in the form of the AAOFAS clinical questionnaire at designated times.

Change in FADI score from baseline to 4 months later. Timepoint: Before intervention, immediately after correction, 2 months after treatment, 4 months after treatment. Method of measurement: The FADI questionnaire is completed by the assessor at designated times.;Change in relevant radiological angles.
