Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with MI referred to Bu Ali Hospital in Qazvin during 1404-1405 who underwent PPCI within the first 24 hours of pain Ages between 18 and 75 years old STEMI patients with ejection fraction (EF) = 40%
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Incompleteness of individual files Patients with a history of prior MI within the past 30 days or CABG Severe and recurrent arrhythmia Patients who have previously undergone PCI or received thrombolytics End-stage lung or liver disease Severe valvular heart disease GFR 500 Cardiogenic shock Common drugs that cause changes in the QT interval
