Investigating the quality of pregnancy care from the perspective of pregnant women who have undergone crisis management training and crisis management by trained personnel using a customer quality questionnaire. Timepoint: Pregnancy care. Method of measurement: Customer Quality Survey Questionnaire.;Evaluating the effectiveness of crisis management and crisis management training for midwifery personnel using a researcher-made questionnaire, "Crisis Management Scale in Reproductive Health Centers".
