Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Membership in a specific sport Girls within a specific age range of 18 to 25 Having a certain level of sports experience Being willing to participate in emotional intelligence research and training

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a history of diagnosis of serious psychiatric disorders or taking psychotropic medications Concurrent participation in another psychological training program

Emotional insufficiency. Timepoint: 1. Pre-test (before the start of the intervention) 2. Post-test (immediately after the end of the intervention period) 3. One-month follow-up after the intervention. Method of measurement: The measurement tool will include the Toronto Emotional Dysfunction Scale (2002).;Cognitive flexibility. Timepoint: 1. Pre-test (before the start of the intervention) 2. Post-test (immediately after the end of the intervention period) 3. One-month follow-up after the intervention. Method of measurement: The measurement tool will include the cognitive flexibility questionnaire by Dennis and Vandervel (2010).
