Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged 8 to 16 who have progressive myopia Cycloplegic sphere equivalents have between 2 and 6 diopters. Astigmatism is less than 2 diopters. anisometropia of less than one and a half diopters corrected vision of at least one-tenth of a log in each eye
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previous use of hard lenses or any previous treatment to control myopia Any eye disease except myopia Any systemic disease that can affect the eyes and the degree of refractive error The presence of any binocular anomaly other than those studied that affects the child's saccad movements or reading ability Use of any systemic or ophthalmic medication that can affect pupil size, accommodation, and ocular tissues The child or their parents are unwilling to continue participating in the study.
