Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: minimum3 months of work experience in intensive care units Having a bachelor's degree in nursing or higher. Willingness to participate in research and sign the informed consent form. No history of attending training courses related to the care of overweight patients in the past 6 months. No existence of physical issues or limiting medical conditions that may interfere with the implementation of the care techniques required in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Failure to fully complete the questionnaire at various stages of the research. Absence from at least one training session for the intervention group. Transfer to another department of the hospital during the study period. The occurrence of an acute illness or physical injury that prevents the performance of clinical care. Participation in similar training programs during the study, which may affect the results.
