Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 35 and 70 years Voluntary participation in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of keloid formation History of coagulation disorder or use of medications that affect coagulation Uncontrolled diabetes or hypertension Active infection in the facial area within the past 1 month Unwillingness or ability to make follow-up visits at scheduled times History of skin cancer in the past 5 years
