Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients over 50 years of age, of both sexes, diagnosed with chronic knee osteoarthritis by an orthopedic specialist according to the ACR guidelines. Patients who give informed consent and are willing to cooperate in the research. Ability to answer the questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute or septic arthritis. History of knee surgery. Significant cognitive impairment.

Knee pain score from the Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score questionnaire. Timepoint: Immediately before the start of the intervention, 8 and 12 weeks after the start of the intervention.
