Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hospitalized children aged 2 to 18 years with acute kidney injury at AmirKabir Hospital in Arak

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic kidney disease, parents' dissatisfaction with recent vitamin B12 intake, liver disease.
