Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Being between 18 and 35 years of age and providing informed consent to participate in the study Obtaining a score of 64 or higher on the Penn State Worry Questionnaire (PSWQ) Obtaining a score of 50 or higher on the Ruminative Responses Scale (RRS) Obtaining a score below 23 on the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ) and the absence of suicidal ideation indicative of major depressive disorder, as determined by responses to Item 9 of the Patient Health Questionnaire
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of neuropsychological or neurological disorders, including brain diseases such as epilepsy Concurrent receipt of psychological interventions Use of psychiatric medications? Substance abuse or dependence
