Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 60 years and older Willingness and provision of informed consent to participate in the study Willingness of learning new skills related to a healthy lifestyle Interested in participating in group activities and interacting with others

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe psychiatric disorders diagnosed by a specialist physician Confirmed diagnosis of dementia or significant cognitive impairment based on the researcher’s clinical assessment Scoring below the cut-off in the Abbreviated Mental Test (AMT) Presence of acute illness at the time of study entry Unstable chronic diseases or conditions with a high likelihood of clinical exacerbation during the study Confirmed diagnosis of cancer in the participant’s medical record Severe visual or hearing impairments preventing comprehension of educational content Severe physical disability preventing participation in light physical activities History of concurrent or recent participation in similar educational or psychosocial interventions Inability to attend educational and psychosocial sessions regularly

Happiness of older adults. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention, immediately after end of the intervention, and one month after end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Oxford Happiness Questionnaire (29 items, 5-point Likert scale).;Life expectancy of older adults. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention, immediately after end of the intervention, and one month after end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Snyder Life Expectancy Questionnaire (12 items, 5-point Likert scale, including 4 agency, 4 pathways, and 4 filler items; items 3, 7, and 11 are reverse-scored).;Death anxiety of older adults. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention, immediately after end of the intervention, and one month after end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Templer Death Anxiety Questionnaire (15 yes/no items).
