Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 13 to 60 years presence of at least two affected areas inadequate response to conventional medical treatments and phototherapy less than 30% of the total body surface area affected vulgaris or stablesegmental vitiligo

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adequate response to medical treatments and phototherapy history of cardiovascular disease age under 13 years or over 60 years pregnancy and breastfeeding positive Koebner phenomenon presence of hypertrophic scars or keloids unstable vitiligo in the past year presence of active infection at the site

MeasureTime frame
Initial outcomes are described as weak, moderate, good, and excellent. Timepoint: The degree of pigmentation before treatment, week three after treatment, month two, and then every two months up to one year is recorded. Method of measurement: Use of photography.
