| Patient safety competency. Timepoint: Before and after intervantion. Method of measurement: Questionnaire: The instrument used for data collection in this study will be consist of two parts. The first part will be a demographic characteristics form, which will gather information on participants' age, gender, academic semester, marital status. The second part will be the Patient Safety Competency Self-Evaluation (PSCSE) tool. This instrument was developed by Lee et al. (2014) in Korea. The PSCSE is a self-report questionnaire comprising 41 items rated on a 5-point Likert scale, designed to evaluate patient safety competency. The questionnaire consists of three main dimensions: knowledge (6 items), attitude (14 items), and skill (21 items). | — |
