Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children 2 to 14 years old, boys and girls Having one of the conditions included chronic abdominal pain, bleeding from the rectum, and chronic diarrhea to perform of colonoscopy Written informed consent from parents for their child's participation in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of underlying diseases including Inflammatory bowel disease (crohn’s,ulcerative colitis), chronic constipation, large bowel obstruction, and toxic megaclon History of allergic reaction or intolerance to study drugs Any side effects from laxative use Unwillingness of the patient or parent to continue cooperation The adoption rate lower than 80 percent
